December Farm Prices Received Index Decreased 2.2 Percent The December Prices Received Index (Agricultural Production), at 90, decreased 2.2 percent from November. At 84, the Crop Production Index increased 2.4 percent. At 97, the Livestock Production Index decreased 7.6 percent. Producers received lower prices for market eggs, cattle, milk, and calves but higher prices for broilers, grapes, corn, and celery. In addition to prices, the indexes are influenced by the monthly mix of commodities producers market.
