In 2020 pork production in Russia can grow to almost 4 million tons

Center for Agricultural Analytics of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation predicts that by the end of this year, the volume of pork production in Russia may increase to 3,973 million tons (cwt). According to preliminary results of 2019, pork production grew by 2.8% year on year: from 3,744 million tons in 2018 to 3,852 million tons (cwt). The production of poultry meat, according to the analytical center, will increase from 5.045 in 2019 to 5.128 million tons by the end of 2020.
