The threat of African swine fever is forcing the cancellation of the world’s largest pork industry-specific trade show this year. TheNational Pork Producers Council‘s board of directors today announced its decision to cancelWorld Pork Expo 2019out of an abundance of caution asAfrican swine fever(ASF) continues to spread in China and other parts of Asia. Hog Slat launched an upgraded AirStorm fan at World Pork Expo that increases output by 13.5 per cent and efficiency rates. "We've made some upgrades to our current offering. We've increased the resistance; we've changed from stainless to now we offer a coated aluminum product," said Austin Baker, Director of Ventilation with Hog Slat.
