Cherkizovo Group is acquiring 75% of Samson – Food Products, a group of companies offering meat products under brands such as Samson, Grillmania, Fileya and others, for about RUB 350 million (€4.4 million) The company has signed a sale-purchased agreement to acquire 75% of St Petersburg-based Samson – Food Products (SFP). Cherkizovo said in a statement that the acquisition is approved by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), the cost reaching RUB350 million, with ca.
