London-based P&S Foods, which trades as Sam’s Chicken, has been named among the latest list of employers who have failed to pay their workers the National Minimum Wage. In the list, revealed by Business Minister Nick Boles, the 92 companies named owed a combined £1.87 million in arrears, and covered sectors including hairdressing, social care, hospitality and security services.
