The mass death of horses occurred in the Republic of Khakassia - more than 30 animals died. As news agency REGNUM reported on April 4, the State Veterinary Inspectorate investigates the reasons for the incident at the Republican Ministry of Agriculture and Food. It clarifies that the dead animals belong to the personal subsidiary farms.
