Nearly 800 cattle have been killed following a record-low cold spell that has raged across the northern region, officials said. These details were revealed in the latest report by the Standing Office of the Central Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention (CSCDP). Quang Ninh Province topped the list of 11 affected localities, with 217 cattle found frozen to death, followed by Lao Cai Province, where most tourists had flocked to Sa Pa Town to see the snow.
