Despite Washington’s sanctions policies and tensions between Russia and the U.S., top American companies intend to take part this week in the Eastern Economic Forum in Russia’s Vladivostok,Izvestiareports. Commenting on the outcome of the Eastern Economic Forum, Russian Far East Development Minister Alexander Galushka pointed out the similarity of the understanding of economic cooperation priorities in Russia and China. "The forum participants have formed a new level of dialogue with China […] We have a similar understanding of priorities of economic cooperation [between Russia and China]," Galushka told reporters on Sept. 5.
