  Miratorg, Russia's major meat producer, increased pork production by 1% to 230,000 t of pork in slaughter weight for January-September 2017.

The company’s vertical integrated production chain includes feed-stuff division, pig-breeding complexes, located in Belgorod and Kursk regions and state-of-the art slaughtering and processing plant. Miratorg produced 288,000 t of pork in live weight over January- September matching the result of the same period of 2016.


“The Pig-Breeding Division is focused on enhancement of production efficiency and reduction of losses. The vertically integrated chain is operating at full capacity, so the main task remains fine tuning of the production processes to improve the core indicators. The country’s biggest meat processing complex of CJSC “SK Korocha” with a capacity of over 3 mill. heads is operating with maximally efficient loading”, Miratorg” Press Service commented.
