The new enterprise will replace imported equipment on large farms and will help improve work efficiency.
“The company has developed, tested and implemented a set of technologies for import substitution of industrial robots for the needs of agriculture. The technologies have been introduced and successfully operated in the Omsk region. The planned volume of investments in the project will amount to one billion rubles,” said Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region Georgy Filimonov, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
Surtsey LLC plans to organize a full cycle of production of a software and hardware complex of robotic devices in the region.
On large dairy and cattle breeding farms, the use of robots for pushing and turning feed is already at the design stage. This allows you to increase feed intake. As a result of the introduction of such technologies, it is possible to increase the productivity of livestock up to 70% annually.
The company has developed equipment that replaces imported ones. Among them is a manure removal complex for barns with loose cattle. Domestic software allows you to set the plant operation schedule, control and maintain the parameters of the hydraulic and electrical systems within the specified limits, if necessary, provides emergency shutdown and transfer to manual control.
A programmable manure removal robot has also been developed. It can work continuously without recharging up to 7 hours.
The auger robot agitator - feed pusher moves the feed closer to the cows without compacting the feed mass, while mixing it. All robot systems are adapted to work in conditions of severe temperature fluctuations and high humidity. Thus, the feeding process can be organized without additional labor costs, around the clock without breaks and weekends.
They will also produce brushes for cattle, fully assembled in Russia. Thanks to cleaning and massage with large-sized brushes, they improve blood circulation and stimulate the metabolism of animals. Their productivity also increases. The inclusion of the brush is fully automatic, it works as soon as the animal lifts the brush with its back.
As part of the first stage, 40 jobs will be organized in the production of robotic devices, upon completion of construction it is planned to increase the number of employees to 130 people. The project will be completed by 2030.
