As of today, all construction and installation work at the Aznakay dairy complex has been completed. The second stage of the ITC is equipped with a livestock of cows in the amount of 2000 heads. Thus, the complex is 100% full, the press service of the AGROSILA holding told.
The number of cows in the complex is more than 4000 heads, heifers - 300 heads. Currently, work is underway on the medical examination of livestock, its suitability for a rotary milking system of the “Carousel” type is being determined. This work will be completed by the end of this year.
Recall that the first stage of the complex was commissioned in August 2021. Two cowsheds, a milking and milking block with galleries, a maternity ward, a shed for calf houses, a shed for equipment, utility rooms (a sanitary inspection room, a disinfection barrier, a manure removal flume system, a separator room, a roughage warehouse) were built, and the necessary equipment was purchased.
As part of the second stage, which was put into operation in August 2022, two more barns with a gallery, a maternity ward with a transitional gallery, a shed for calf houses were built, stall equipment for loose cattle housing, brushes for cows, a scraper device were purchased. Alyugros" and other equipment.
With the completion of the acquisition of productive livestock, the production and sale of milk is planned to more than double. Planned indicators in physical terms - 14 thousand tons of milk / year for each stage. It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, the complex has produced about 15 thousand tons of milk. They are going to achieve the planned indicators at the MTK during 2023.
The total investment of AGROSILA in the construction of the Aznakay dairy complex exceeds 2 billion rubles. In the first place, 1,072 million rubles were invested, in the second - 946 million rubles.
It should be noted that the Aznakay agricultural firm is included in the national project "Labor Productivity", within the framework of which the company is working on organizing lean production. This year, work has been carried out to reduce the cost of purchased feed by using rolled barley, to optimize the costs of using copper sulphate through an accelerator, and to increase the average daily milk yield by forming a group of highly productive cows.
