 This year Russia (from January 1 to June 28) exported 3.5 thousand tons of beef, which is 2.7 times more than in the same period last year (1.3 thousand tons), the Center for Agricultural Analytics reports. The cost of deliveries increased from $ 5.7 million to $ 15.8 million.

According to preliminary estimates, beef production in Russia in 2020 may rise up to 1.641 million tons compared to 1.625 million tons in 2019, while imports of beef and beef offals are still expected to be at the level of 2019.
