Consumer prices for goods and services in the EAEU in April 2022 increased by 1.6% compared to March 2022 and by 10.9% compared to December 2021. This is stated in the message of the EEC.

Compared to December 2021, there was a significant increase in prices for food products (by 12.7%) and non-food products (by 12.1%) in the EAEU. Prices for paid services increased by 6.5% during this period.

Higher than in the EAEU, the increase in prices for food products was recorded in Russia (by 13.1%). The largest increase in prices for non–food products was noted in Russia (by 13.5%) and in Belarus (by 12.9%), for paid services - in Belarus (by 7.4%) and in Russia (by 7.1%).
