The largest poultry farm in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Ekoprodtorg, is undergoing significant changes in its infrastructure thanks to government support. According to information received from TASS acting. Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic - Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food Artem Kramarenko, the enterprise received a subsidy in the amount of 100 million rubles for the modernization of the slaughterhouse.

The miner's poultry farm, part of the Ekoprodtorg company, is the largest poultry farm for the meat sector of poultry farming in the DPR. The investments planned for the modernization of the slaughterhouse exceed 100 million rubles, and thanks to this, the company has already installed a new air-droplet cooling line for poultry and carried out a major overhaul of the equipment.

These steps will not only reduce energy costs, but also increase the shelf life of refrigerated carcasses by 24 hours. This is a significant improvement in the production process, which will improve the efficiency of the factory and the quality of the products produced.

The Shakhterskaya poultry farm was registered in the DPR in April 2015 on the basis of the Shakhterskaya Nova poultry farm, founded in 2003. After the restoration of broiler production in July 2015, production facilities were transferred to the management of Ecoprodtorg LLC by order of the Government dated December 25, 2020.
