Poultry farms of the Altai Territory increased the production of eggs by almost 98 million pieces, Svetich news agency reports with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
According to the data for 11 months of 2022, agricultural organizations, farms and farms of individual entrepreneurs in the region produced 884 million eggs. Compared to January-November 2021, the figure increased by 97.9 million units. The percentage increase was 12.4%.
Recall that there are seven large poultry farms in the region, including four specializing in egg production. Traditionally, a significant share in the total production volume falls on the Komsomolskaya poultry farm in the Pavlovsky district, Molodezhnaya in the Pervomaisky district and Yeniseiskaya in the Biysk district.
