Before concluding the agreement, the regional government, the regional ministry of agriculture and the agricultural holding did a lot of preparatory work. The investor was met by the governor of the Samara region Dmitry Azarov and the chairman of the government of the region Viktor Kudryashov, heads of regional ministries and departments.

EkoNiva representatives were introduced to several potential sites for locating livestock farms, were informed about the benefits of implementing business projects in the Samara Region, preferences for investors, and guarantees of state support. The result was a decision to create new agricultural enterprises in the Samara region. The choice of our region was also influenced by the convenient location in relation to the existing complexes in neighboring regions, the availability of milk processing facilities, and the traditionally high demand for dairy products.

At a meeting with the First Vice Governor, representatives of the investor reported that preparatory work had begun at the priority site in the Klyavlinsky District, and the site was being cleared. “I am glad that work has begun, I propose that at the next meeting we discuss the schedule for the implementation of the project at this and other sites,” Viktor Kudryashov said.

The participants of the meeting focused on the support of the project by the Government of the region. This is the construction of roads, the design of land. In addition, the investor can apply for subsidizing the purchase of livestock of a highly productive dairy breed, assistance in the purchase of agricultural equipment.

The increase in prices for building materials and equipment did not affect EkoNiva's decision to start building enterprises. Initially, it was planned to invest about 5.5 billion rubles in the project, now this amount will increase.

The chairman of the regional government said that the size of subsidies from the regional budget, if necessary, would also be revised.

“The project for the development of dairy and beef cattle breeding is very important for us. And we count not only on the economic effect, but also on the social one. Modern livestock complexes are the life of the village, jobs, employment, new technologies. We are ready to continue to provide all possible support to the implementation of the project,” Viktor Kudryashov stressed.
