Europeans are facing a food crisis. Since the European market depends on supplies from Russia, store shelves are getting empty and energy prices are skyrocketing, the MIR TV channel reports.
Many Europeans oppose the current situation. Thousands of protesters are taking to the streets in Spain and in Italy. They are joined by farmers, fishermen, and many others. The protesters demand support from the government for the agricultural sector or they want the ministers to resign.
Spanish farmers blocked the central streets of Madrid with their tractors. The crows is chanting: "If the field does not produce, the city does not eat." Almost no day goes by without a rally or strike.
Truck drivers are protesting in Italy. It turned out to be unprofitable for their drivers to work, as the cost of gasoline rolls over - fuel prices have increased by 20%.
