As part of large-scale investment projects, five new production facilities will start operating in the Russian capital this year.
“All facilities are being built with the support of the city. To implement such large-scale investment projects (MaIP), we give investors land for rent without bidding,” Sobyanin noted.
According to him, the Monarch concern plans to open a robotic plant for the production of large-sized modules for the construction of houses. The Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant is currently completing the construction of production facilities in the eastern part of Moscow. In the north of the city, the Lianozovsky Dairy Plant is building industrial treatment facilities, and an engineering center for the developer and manufacturer of electronics Itelma will appear in the Southern Administrative District. In addition, the Invest-Development company is building an industrial park in the TiNAO.
Investors have invested about 19 billion rubles in projects, and more than 3.4 thousand people will be able to get a job at new enterprises.
