Rosstat published information on consumer price indices in Russia and foreign countries in December 2020 based on information from Eurostat and national statistical services.

Consumer food prices in Russia in December increased by 1.9% compared to the previous month. In 2020, food prices increased by 7.9%.

In the EU, consumer food products prices fell by 0.4% over the past month. Over the past year, grocery prices have climbed 1.1%.
