In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YaNAO), the installation of a modular workshop of the Tazovsky agricultural production cooperative will begin.
In the fall of 2021, the Tazovsky farm won a grant from the governor of the YaNAO in the amount of 15 million rubles to start deep processing of venison. Technologies for the production of sausages, frankfurters and smoked meats have already been developed, contracts for the supply of technological equipment have been concluded.
Vasily Parshakov, head of the Tazovsky district of the YNAO, commented on the project, noting that if earlier almost all the products of the Tazovsky SPK were produced in the form of frozen reindeer carcasses and semi-finished products, then by the end of 2022 new locally produced food products will appear in the district.
