Consumer prices in the Russian Federation for the week from March 26 to April 1, 2022, increased by 0.99%, since the beginning of the year – by 9.99%. This is stated in the message of Rosstat.

From March 26 to April 1, prices increased: for chocolate candies - by 2.8%, margarine - by 2.6%, cookies - by 2.4%, chicken meat - by 2.2%, black tea - by 1.9%, buckwheat groats, pasta, vermicelli - by 1.8%, wheat flour - by 1.6%, sterilized milk, sour cream, millet - by 1.4%, butter, sunflower oil, cottage cheese - by 1.2%, beef, frozen fish, pasteurized milk, chicken eggs - by 1.1%, canned meat for baby food, bread and bakery products made of wheat flour of various varieties - by 1%.

Prices for granulated sugar increased by 5.1%, for ground rice - by 3.1%, table salt - by 2.5%. Fruit and vegetable products on average rose in price by 1.4%. Prices for automobile gasoline have not changed, for diesel fuel have decreased by 0.2%.
