The export of poultry meat from the Krasnodar Territory over the past five years has grown from $ 1.5 million to $ 12.3 million, the press service of the regional administration reports.

“In the last six months alone, the volume of exports of these products in monetary terms exceeded $ 14.1 million, which is $ 1.8 million more than in the whole of 2019. Deliveries are made to 7 countries, including Vietnam and Guinea. In 2018, we managed to enter the Chinese market, now it is our main importing country”, said the vice-governor of the region, Andrey Korobka.

Poultry meat accounts for two-thirds of the total volume of meat produced in the region.

At the end of 2019, Krasnodar Territory ranked fifth in Russia in terms of poultry meat exports to China.
