The flagship meat processing enterprise of the AgroPromkomplektatsiya group of companies - Kursk Meat Processing Plant LLC - has received permission to export pork to Vietnam, the press center of the holding reports.

Deliveries will begin in January 2020. After the New Year holidays, certified pork producers, including the Kursk meat processing plant, will begin to export meat to the Vietnamese market. Previously, Russian pig farms exported only offal to Vietnam. The situation has changed after African swine fever. Now there is a shortage of animal protein in Vietnam - this circumstance has accelerated negotiations with Russian exporters. The Rosselkhoznadzor and the Veterinary Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Development of Vietnam (DAH) agreed on the conditions for the export of pork from Russia and signed a veterinary certificate. Director of the quality department of AgroPromkomplektatsiya GC Mariya Shikina confirmed that the products of the Kursk meat processing plant comply with all DAH requirements.
