The press service of ABH Miratorg invites residents and guests of Kaliningrad to the competition of the strongest teams of livestock operators in the village of Sokolniki, Gvardeisky district. The professional tournament "Russian Rodeo" will begin at 15:00 on Saturday, July 30.

Guests and participants of the exhibition-fair "Field Day" near Kaliningrad are waiting for a spectacular show, exciting contests, and juicy burgers in the fresh air. Exactly at noon on Friday and Saturday, Miratorg's chef Dmitry Lazko will give hour-long master classes on cooking fragrant beef steaks, followed by tasting. The summer holiday will last two days - July 29 and 30, and the rodeo can safely be called its culmination.

The professional tournament of livestock breeders-operators is a corporate tradition of ABH Miratorg. It originated in the Bryansk region, where an interregional beef cattle breeding project was launched. Today, more than 100 breeding farms operate within its framework, where Aberdeen Angus are bred. The herd has already grown to 880 thousand, and the immediate plans of the holding include an increase in the number of livestock to a million.

Miratorg's farms are managed by livestock breeders with the image and dexterity of "Russian cowboys": they love animals and their work, they are excellent in the saddle and ride around the fields every day to make sure that all the animals in the herd are fed and healthy. If something is wrong, the cowboy skillfully throws a lasso and catches a bull weighing 400-600 kilograms and takes him to a consultation with a veterinarian.
