The authorities of the Moscow region are planning to arrange the supply of chicken meat to Chinese partners. At the first stage, chicken by-products will be exported, Georgy Filimonov, deputy chairman of the government of the Moscow Region, said.

"We recently held a working meeting with Huaming Corporation. In particular, we discussed the issue of exporting our products to China. It is planned that the Moscow Region will supply chicken meat to Chinese partners. At the first stage, we are talking about chicken by-products, for example, chicken legs, necks and other things," Filimonov said, his words were quoted by the press service.

The press service explained that Filimonov held a working meeting with the leadership of the Chinese international investment corporation Huaming, during which they discussed the possibility of implementing bilateral projects based on the agro-industrial complex of the region.

It is noted that earlier the deputy chairman initiated contacts with a number of Chinese companies to develop exports of products from enterprises in the region, as well as investment projects in the Moscow region with the participation of the Chinese side.

"A promising point of growth in the agro-industrial complex of the Moscow Region is located in the city of Naro-Fominsk. A large wholesale and industrial complex is developing in the village of Selyatino. From here, high-quality domestic products are supplied to China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and the DPRK. Last year alone, the agrohub exported 400 thousand . tons of refrigeration products," the press service said.

The material notes that the increase in trade with the Asian region, in particular, with China, reflects "the main line of the work of the regional government."
