The Federal Center for Animal Health of the Rosselkhoznadzor (FSBI ARRIAH) has registered its new dried, cell culture-based vaccine against classical swine fever (CSF).
The new vaccine is intended for the prevention of classical swine fever. The immune response to CSF infectious agent develops in pigs 14 days after the first dose.
According to the ARRIAH press service, the authorization of the vaccine is a result of long-term scientific research.
“Keeping in mind constant production growth, the specific prevention of infectious animal diseases is unavoidable. It is important for the safety of pork production in Russia,” Rosselkhoznadzor’s press service said in a statement.
The product will be released as packages of 50 and 100 doses.
