The Sultanate of Oman has officially approved halal certificates issued by the certification body for halal products and services "Roskachestvo-Halal", reports the Federal Center "Agroexport" of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

The Roskachestvo-Halal body has been certified by the Gulf Cooperation Counsel Accreditation Center (GAC). Now Russian manufacturers can supply products to Oman by obtaining a certificate from Roskachestvo-Halal, without the need to obtain the relevant documents in the Sultanate.

All certificates issued by the Roskachestvo-Halal body are entered into the Federal State Information System of Rosakcreditation, which allows consumers to receive all the information about them and check information about the certified product and goods.
