Primorsky Krai produced more than 6.2 ths tonnes of poultry in 9 months of 2020 which is 2.7 times higher than the last year’s growth during the same period of time.

“5.9 ths tonnes of chicken was produced by “AgroPtitsa” in Artiom city. It allowed bringing back the cooled products to the market at an affordable cost,” the press service of the regional government explained. It was previously reported that OOO “AgroPtitsa” planned to invest 4 bln roubles in the modernization and expansion of the poultry plant. In the beginning of February of 2020, the company resumed the operation of the poultry plant at the manufacturing complex of the bankrupt company ZAO “Mihailovskiy Broiler”. The initial production capacity was 450 tonnes of products per month.

Oleg Kozhemiako, Primorsky Krai’s Governor said that in order to execute the development plans, a certain part of the plant’s production facilities need to be released from arrest. According to “SPARK-Interfax” system, ОOО “AgroPtitsa” has been registered in September, 2019. The core business is poultry breeding. 75% of the company’s capital belongs to Vladislav He who is the director or co-owner of about 20 companies in Primorsky Krai.
