Sergey Levin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Russia, and Ljupcho Nikolovski, Deputy Prime Minister of North Macedonia, discussed prospects for cooperation in the agricultural sector. The meeting was held at SPIEF 2021.
Agricultural product turnover between Russia and Macedonia increased by 14% to 53 million dollars last year. The positive trend has continued this year, with trade volume up 10% in four months to approximately 18 million dollars. Russia shipped lentils, fruit, nuts, and confectionery to the republic.
