According to the man, Russia should strive to go where it is profitable. Exports to countries that were previously part of the CIS and the Eurasian Community are underestimated. Russian exporters can supply even more pork by opening up new distribution channels.

From January 1 to June 10, Russia exported 61 thousand tons of meat products. This is 2 thousand tons less than in the same period last year. During this period, Russia sold pork to the following countries: Belarus (25 thousand tons; more than double growth), Kazakhstan (4.5 thousand tons; 4 times increase), Armenia (427 tons; 8 times increase) , Kyrgyzstan (290 thousand tons; an increase of 60%).

If we talk about the export of beef, but it increased by 4 thousand tons to 15.5 thousand tons. Also, supplies of poultry meat and domestic by-products increased to 159 thousand tons. This type of product is actively bought in China (62 thousand tons), Ukraine (14 thousand tons) and Saudi Arabia (15.5 thousand tons).
