On May 30, 2019, negotiations were held between representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor and the Singapore Veterinary Service in the framework of the 87th General Session of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) in Paris.

The Russian side handed over to its Singaporean colleagues a signed veterinary certificate for the supply of finished pork products from Russia to Singapore, which took into account the previous comments of the Singapore side.

Also, the Russian side reiterated its interest in the supply of raw meat products to Singapore (beef, pork and poultry). In this regard, the Rosselkhoznadzor will soon send additional information. The Singapore side announced that it would consider this information, together with the one sent earlier, and in the near future will provide its opinion on the access of Russian pork, beef and poultry meat.

In turn, the Singaporean side asked to consider the issue of lifting the time limits from a Singaporean enterprise for the production of fish and seafood.
