Since the start of 2021 and as of November 7, Russia exported agricultural products at the general sum of 27.871 bln USD, up by 18% compared to the same period of 2020, informed Agroexport Center at the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
Particularly, Russia increased export of grain by 9% to 8.353 bln USD, fat&oil products by 45% to 5.576 bln USD, products of food and processing industry by 9% to 3.694 bln USD, meat and dairy products by 30% to 1.212 bln USD.
The EU remained the leading importer of Russian agricultural products (13.1% in the overall structure). It increased import of Russian products by 36% to 3.652 bln USD. Supplies to Turkey (11.9%) increased by 32% to 3.315 bln USD. The export to China (10.6%) decreased by 10% to 2.946 bln USD.
TOP-10 importers of Russian agricultural products included South Korea (7.3%), Kazakhstan (5.8%), Egypt (4.9%), Belarus (4%), Ukraine (2.6%), Uzbekistan (2.3) and Saudi Arabia (2.1%).
