The Znamensky breeding and genetic center from the Oryol region, which is part of the Exima agricultural holding, is establishing cooperation with Cuba and Japan, reports "Agroinvestor" with reference to the general director of the company Elena Klimova.

According to her, negotiations on the delivery of sausages, hams and delicacies were held through the Russian Export Center (REC) with Japanese counterparties. “Now we are making recipes according to their requirements for composition, additives, organoleptics, etc., then we will have to give them samples,” Klimova said. The first shipments to Japan may start in 2019.

In addition, Cuba certified LLC Znamensky SGC for export through public procurement. As soon as confirmation of certification will appear on the Rosselkhoznadzor website, the company will begin to supply  ham to Cuba.

Recently Znamensky SGC rebrand the trademark for finished pork meat products. Now it will be released under the name "Znamensky ham house". At ProdExpo, the company presented its new products.
