Russians are dissatisfied with the quality of sausage, meat products and convenience foods, as well as fish and seafood, follows from the results of a study by consulting company Deloitte, which conducted a quantitative online survey from February to March 2019.
"Satisfaction of Russians with the current quality of food and service is quite high - four out of five. But there are outsiders in product quality. Russians are not satisfied with the quality of sausage, meat products and convenience foods, as well as fish and seafood," said Laura Nakoryakova, Head of the Deloitte Research Center, during a press conference. At the same time, Russians are most satisfied with the quality of pasta, cereals and bottled water, as follows from the results of the study.
