At the same time, according to the results of last year, the consumption of fruits and berries (-2.37%), milk and dairy products (-0.42%) and potatoes (-0.06%) decreased.

Russian citizens at home in 2022, compared to the year before, began to more often eat vegetables and melons (+3.06%), eggs (+2.99%), vegetable oil (+1.54%), fish and fish products (+ 0.96%), meat and meat products (+0.5%).

At the same time, in absolute terms, the most consumed products were milk and dairy products (263.6 kilograms per year per consumer), eggs (240 kg), vegetables and melons (104 kg), as well as meat and meat products (94.2 kg) and bread (90.3 kilograms).
