Saudi Arabia is interested in increasing the supply of Russian food and agricultural raw materials, the trade turnover in this area is $700 million and has the potential to grow two to three times. “The basis of our exports to Saudi Arabia is the export of food and agricultural raw materials - almost $ 700 million ... Food exports are an important topic here, and the trade turnover of $ 700 million is constantly growing, and here the prospects can easily be doubled or tripled. The market will swallow everything,” Yankovets said.

According to him, the export of Russian food is the most promising direction for increasing trade.

“The Saudis are very interested in Russian food and contact me every day, arrange meetings where the main topic of negotiations is the import of Russian food,” the trade representative said.

According to him, beef, lamb, poultry products, sunflower oil are the most in demand among food.
