The Government of the Russian Federation will increase the share of state funding in grants for the creation of domestic components for various industries. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

This decision is part of a comprehensive plan to ensure the sustainability of the economy in the face of sanctions, developed by the Government.

Previously, in order to receive a grant from the ANO "Agency for Technological Development", the developer had to attract at least 20% of his own funds for the implementation of a specific project. Now this condition is removed. The state, represented by the agency, is ready to allocate up to 100% of funding for the creation of Russian analogues of components. At the same time, the document stipulates that such an order will be valid only in 2022.

In February 2022, the Government decided to modernize and expand the network of engineering development centers (CIR). They will create various parts for equipment in the oil and gas, chemical, energy, medical, pharmaceutical and other industries and will become the main recipients of grants.
