The transport company TRANS-KONT and the logistics company ChinaLogist reported on the arrival of the first batch of frozen chicken paws from Moscow to Xinjiang by rail. A consignment of chicken paws weighing 18 tons was shipped from Russia to China in a refrigerator car. It was transported from Moscow through the International Center for Border Cooperation (ICBC) for duty-free trade between China and Khorgos Kazakhstan. From there, the cargo was redirected to the destination through a specialized customs and logistics terminal for the export of meat products. On June 23, the goods were safely delivered to the recipient - Urumqi Yizhiyuan Biotechnology, as witnessed by importer representative Li Zhenfe. He noted that it took only five days to transport cargo by rail. The time of delivery was reduced nine times compared with the transportation by sea, which takes at least 45 days.
