Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko held a meeting of the government commission on the agro-industrial complex and sustainable development of rural areas. As a result of the event, she approved a list of instructions to a number of Russian ministries, writes the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Thus, it was decided to recognize the measures taken by the government to curb the growth of prices for mineral fertilizers as effective and to support the extension of the previously taken measures to curb the growth of prices for mineral fertilizers until May 31, 2023.

By July 20, 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, together with the governing bodies of the agro-industrial complex of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, were instructed to work out approaches to stimulate an increase in the volume of mineral fertilizers applied for agricultural crops to scientifically based values ​​and report proposals to the Government of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, taking into account the discussion that took place, were instructed to continue work on providing agricultural scientific organizations with the necessary agricultural machinery and equipment as a matter of priority.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, taking into account earlier instructions from the Government of the Russian Federation, was instructed to continue work on organizing the production of domestic beet and potato harvesters.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, when preparing amendments to the Strategy for the Development of the Agro-Industrial and Fisheries Complexes of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030, were instructed to provide for measures related to the provision of agricultural producers with agricultural machinery and equipment.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, Rosselkhoznadzor with the participation of Operator-TsRPT LLC were instructed to continue work on the integration of the state information system for monitoring the circulation of goods subject to mandatory labeling with identification means and the Mercury component of the Federal State Information System in the field of veterinary medicine.
