Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to consider changing the tariff policy for the transportation of containers in 2023, writes The DairyNews with reference to the Kremlin website.

“With the involvement of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways and interested shippers, consider changing the tariff policy in 2023 for container transportation of goods to and from seaports located in the Far Eastern and Northwestern Federal Districts,” - stated in the text of the order.
