According to the government of the region, the agro-industrial complex of the Novosibirsk region uses more than a dozen technologies in the crop industry, for example, elements of precision farming are used by 137 farms on an area of almost a million hectares, a parallel driving system is used by 176 farms on an area of about a million hectares, satellite monitoring of agricultural machinery is also used , and differentiated fertilization. The livestock industry is also actively implementing software products for recording, analyzing, storing and processing information on animals in combination with RFID tags. In addition, three robotic dairy farms are being built in the region.
Also, such digital platform solutions for the agro-industrial complex as information systems for traceability and control VETIS, Mercury, FSIS Zerno are being introduced. In the future, as part of the implementation of strategic tasks, by 2030 it is planned to create a national digital platform "Digital Agriculture".
According to Svetlana Nevzorova, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk Region, digital transformation in the agro-industrial complex will help achieve food security, increase the efficiency of production processes and product availability, as well as provide the industry with highly qualified personnel with digital competencies.
Today we are talking not only about the targeted introduction of new technologies into individual production processes, but also about the transition of enterprises to full-cycle control systems using robotics, artificial intelligence and end-to-end technologies. The volume of state support for the technical re-equipment of the agro-industrial complex in our region is one of the most significant in the Russian Federation, annually only about a billion rubles were provided for in the state program to compensate farmers for new equipment, this year the amount exceeded 2.6 billion rubles, commented Nevzorova.
