The Russian sausage market continues to demonstrate impressive growth rates in foreign markets. According to the latest data, the volume of supplies of Russian sausages for the period from January to April increased by 21% compared to the previous year. The main driver of this growth was supplies to Kazakhstan, which in a short period of time purchased more than 11 thousand tons of sausages, increasing the volume of purchases by 21% compared to last year.

An interesting fact was the increase in demand for Russian sausages in African countries. According to data from the Agroexport federal center under the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, Congo and Angola stand out among the countries where demand for domestic sausages is growing rapidly. This is due not only to affordable prices, but also to a product range that suits the preferences of the inhabitants of the African continent.

It is important to note that new markets such as China, Mongolia, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates are playing a significant role in this growth in Russian sausage exports. Exports to Peru resumed after a long pause starting in 2020, and the first shipments were also shipped to Ecuador.

Dmitry Gordeev, head of the center for economic and analytical research, Federal Scientific Center for Food Systems named after. V.M. Gorbatov RAS, emphasized that the success of Russian sausages in world markets is due not only to price, but also to the compliance of the assortment with consumer preferences. This approach allows us to strengthen the position of Russian producers on the world stage and open up new prospects for the development of sausage exports.

Exports of Russian sausages continue to show steady growth, penetrating new markets and winning the hearts of consumers around the world. Demand for high-quality Russian sausage continues to grow, opening up new prospects for domestic producers to develop and expand their business outside the country.
