For 10 months of the outgoing year, the agricultural enterprises of the Stavropol region produced 271 thousand tons of poultry meat (+ 7% to the same last year data). As explained in the regional ministry of agriculture, the demand for broiler meat has increased and the product range has expanded.

The volume of broiler meat, the number of poultry heads and quality indicators of work in the region is led by CJSC Stavropol Broiler, which is part of the company GAP Resource. In January-October, the company produced about 220 thousand tons of poultry meat (this is about 86% of the total poultry meat produced in the region).

Resource-Yug LLC, which is also a part of Resource GAP, supplies poultry meat to 35 countries. Its brand name NOOR meets the requirements of halal production and slaughter. At the end of the year, the company intends to send at least 65 thousand tons of poultry meat abroad.
