The construction of the second stage of a livestock complex for keeping beef cattle at the farm of Mikhail Arakelyan in the village of Pervomaisk, Bakcharsky district was completed.
As the press service of the regional administration informed, three livestock buildings for 900 animals were built in the farm in 2018-2019. In addition to the construction of three buildings for the cattle farm, the farm purchased equipment and 80 Hereford breed heifers as part of the project. In total there are now 880 cattle heads, including more than 250 cows.
Last year, the project of farmer Mikhail Arakelyan won the support program for family livestock farms and received a grant in the amount of 16.9 million rubles. The farmer invested another 11.2 million rubles from his own funds.
