Prices for meat and dairy products sold under foreign trade agreements have been revised by the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of August 26, 2022 No. 87.
Thus, the marginal minimum price for powdered milk and cream sold to Russia has been reduced to 190 RUB/kg. Previously, depending on the fat content, the price for these products when they were sold in the Russian Federation was 210 RUB (with a fat content of not more than 1.5%) and 310 RUB (with a fat content of more than 1.5%).
In addition, the price of milk and cream with a fat content of not more than 1.5% (TN VED EAEU code 0402 10) was reduced from 3.3 USD/kg to 3.1 USD/kg when exporting these products to China.
For reference: the regulation of export prices for certain types of agricultural products was introduced by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 09.06.2022 No. 379. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has the right to set maximum minimum prices.
At the same time, the price of butter exported to non-CIS countries (except Georgia) was increased from 5.9 USD/kg to 6.1 USD/kg.
This is the second price adjustment for exported meat and dairy products since the introduction of state regulation.
