Agricultural enterprises in the new territories of our country - in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions - are increasing the production of meat and dairy products, reports the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

In addition, the production of other agricultural products is growing. “In addition to grains, last year local producers increased volumes in many other areas. In particular, 93.2 thousand tons of vegetable oil, 162.2 thousand tons of flour, 175.4 thousand tons of bread and bakery products, 19.7 thousand tons of sausages, about 94.6 thousand tons of meat and 31 ,4 thousand tons of dairy products. Positive dynamics are also expected to continue this year,” the ministry said in a statement.

In 2024, 4.57 billion rubles are provided to support agricultural enterprises in new territories, of which 2.5 billion rubles should go to regional budgets by the end of February. A separate mechanism for preferential lending has also been launched.
