The U.S. Beef master class on premium and alternative cuts will be held on Monday, December 14 at the SHOSH restaurant of the Hilton City Hotel in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
At the workshop Dmitry Zakharov, brand chief of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Tashkent, Muzaffar Mirzakarimov, brand chef of the restaurant Gosht, Tashkent, Sanzhar Mukhamedov and Mirshod Jamalov, Restaurant Fillet, Bukhara, will share their experience with American beef and ideas for meals with the American beef.
Brisket, Flanks, Hanging Tender, Short Ribs and Ribeye will be proposed for demonstration, interchange of views and tasting.
Restaurateurs and chefs from Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara are invited to attend the U.S.Beef workshop.
The event starts at 12:00pm at SHOSH restaurant, Hilton City, 2, Islam Karimov Street Block 5, Uzbekistan.
