In two years, the share of local beef supplies for baby food has increased by 12 times, and import has decreased to zero. According to the head of the Office of Veterinary Medicine of Bashkortostan Azat Ziganshin, in the 2018-2019 academic year, the share of republican beef producers was 7%, other Russian producers - 83%, and 10% was imports.

In the 2019-2020 academic year, the situation changed radically - the share of republican production amounted to 77%, other subjects of the Russian Federation - 23%, and there were no imports at all.

This year, the trend has continued to increase. Beef of republican production, used in children's and educational institutions, has already amounted to 87%.

A new laboratory for quality control of meat and meat products has also appeared in the region, where as soon as possible on modern express devices you can determine the species affiliation of meat, the presence and type of pathogens of diseases (salmonella, listeria and others) and conduct any analyses confirming the freshness of meat.
