The Cherkizovo group of companies, one of the leading producers of meat products in Russia, wants to increase the production of chicken meat to 1 million tons per year, and pork to 500 thousand tons, according to the company's presentation.

For what terms the company is going to achieve such results in the presentation is not mentioned. It is noted that the growth in production is aimed primarily at increasing capacity utilization in the processing segment.

The presentation also says that the company plans to create a large meat processing cluster in the Tula region.

In addition, it has recently become known. that the Altaisky Broiler enterprise, owned by the Cherkizovo Group, opened six new poultry houses in the Zonal District of the Altai Territory. The company noted that their introduction will increase production by almost 20%.
