Iran will import corn, soybeans, chicken meat, and eggs from Ukraine. The Ministry of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine has announced that the Livestock Support Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran has sent a request to purchase products such as eggs, corn, and soybeans from this country.
In recent weeks, it seems that the shortage of corn and soybeans in Iran has caused a decrease in poultry production in this country. This issue has led to an increase in the price of eggs and chicken meat in this country, and its government is trying to regulate prices in its domestic market by importing this product.
Experts believe that carrying out these exchanges will require the close cooperation of the veterinary authorities of the two countries.
Iran Livestock Support Company is a part of the Ministry of Agriculture of this country, which is one of the most important state-owned companies in the country.
The company is engaged in the supply of government agricultural goods and has 40 years of experience.
